Six showrooms billed on three different systems with manually-updated rates, causing daily pricing disputes and a month-end stock reconciliation nightmare across branches.
What we built
KarmaJewel was rolled out branch by branch with central rate control, karat-wise stock pools and karigar issue-receive tracking. A customer-facing scheme app with UPI autopay digitised their gold saving schemes.
