1. Services

KarmaTeQ provides software development, AI automation, marketing services, SaaS products and online courses. Specific engagements are governed by their proposals or order forms alongside these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts used for abuse, resale of course content, or license sharing may be suspended.

3. Payments & refunds

SaaS subscriptions renew per their billing cycle and can be cancelled anytime, effective at period end. Courses carry a 7-day refund window if less than 20% of content has been consumed. Custom service work is invoiced per the agreed proposal.

4. Intellectual property

Client project deliverables belong to the client on full payment. Our products, courses and this website remain KarmaTeQ property. Course purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license.

5. Liability

Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having exclusive jurisdiction.
