To respond to enquiries, deliver purchased products and courses, send transactional emails, and (only if you opt in) our newsletter. We never sell your data to anyone.

3. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and lightweight analytics cookies. No cross-site tracking or advertising pixels run on this site.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Lead enquiries are retained for 24 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@karmateq.com.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. We respond to all such requests within 30 days.
