Design and ship production AI systems — agents, RAG pipelines and automations — for clients across retail, education and healthcare.

What you'll do

  • Own client AI projects from discovery to production
  • Build agents with Claude/OpenAI tool-calling
  • Design retrieval pipelines and evaluation harnesses
  • Mentor engineers and review PRs

What we're looking for

  • Shipped LLM-backed features to production
  • Strong Python or PHP + SQL fundamentals
  • Pragmatic about evaluation and guardrails
