Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

KarmaTeQ Solutions provides digital products, software licenses, online courses and professional services. As most of our offerings are digital or service-based, the terms below explain when refunds, returns or exchanges apply.

2. Software products & licenses

Software product licenses (e.g. KarmaSchool, KarmaBooks, KarmaJewel) may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been activated or meaningfully used. Once a license is activated and set up, the sale is treated as final.

3. Online courses

Courses carry a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. After 20% consumption or 7 days, courses are non-refundable.

4. Custom services

Custom development, AI automation and marketing engagements are billed against agreed proposals/milestones. Amounts for work already delivered or in progress are non-refundable. Any advance for work not yet started can be refunded, less any costs already incurred.

5. Returns & exchanges

Our offerings are digital/service-based, so physical returns do not apply. For a defective or wrongly-provisioned digital item, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, re-provision or refund it at our discretion.

6. How to request

Email hello@karmateq.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 73038 51792 with your order/invoice details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
